Agreement
Karting Battles ("the game") is published by Presan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or playing the game, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
License — Apple
On iPhone and iPad, the game is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these terms and Apple's standard EULA differ, Apple's standard EULA applies to the license of the app itself.
License — Google Play
On Android, the game is licensed to you under the Google Play Terms of Service, together with these terms.
Subscriptions & auto-renewal
- Karting Battles Premium costs $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year. Both plans unlock the same premium content.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription auto-renews at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions settings. You keep premium access until the end of the current billing period.
- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies — see the Support page.
- Prices may vary by country and are shown in the store before you buy.

Acceptable use
Play fair. Do not attempt to cheat, manipulate scores or leaderboards, reverse-engineer the game except where the law allows it, or use the game in any unlawful way. We may suspend access to online features for accounts that break these rules.
No affiliation
Track layouts are inspired by real-world circuits. Karting Battles is not affiliated with or endorsed by any circuit or event. All drivers and rivals in the game are fictional.
Changes to the game and terms
We may update the game and these terms over time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and the current version will always be posted at this address.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you and Presan Holdings LLC consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer protection you have under the laws of the country where you live.
